How the trial works.
7 days, no card
The trial starts when your organization connects its first company. Add a card any time to keep going after it ends.
When it ends
Without a payment method, your connections pause until one is added. Nothing in QuickBooks is changed or deleted.
One trial per company
A company that had an Ototo trial in the last 90 days, or was ever on a paid plan, starts paid.

Who counts as a user?
Anyone with access to at least one active connected company. Admins without company access aren’t charged.
What if I add a company mid-month?
You’re charged right away for the rest of that month. Companies or users you remove stay billed, and available, until the month ends.
How do I cancel?
On the Billing page of the dashboard, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Access runs to the end of the month. Fees are non-refundable, including partial months.
How do you charge?
Monthly, by card, through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Do you offer firm or volume pricing?
Not at this time.
